POTSDAM — The Peace Corps has announced the launch of a new Master’s International partnership with Clarkson University’s Wallace H. Coulter School of Engineering. The partnership will offer students an opportunity to integrate Peace Corps service with a choice of master’s degrees in civil engineering, and environmental science and engineering.
Participating students will receive six credits of coursework for their Peace Corps service, and the cost for these credits will be cost-shared by the university and will not be the responsibility of the student.
Students in Peace Corps Master’s International programs typically finish one year of graduate school in the U.S. before earning additional academic credit as a Peace Corps volunteer abroad. When they return, they complete any remaining academic degree requirements for graduation.
