WATERTOWN — City police charged Isaiah B.K. Miller, 37, of 502 Binsse St., with second-degree menacing and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon after he allegedly used a baseball bat during an attack Saturday.
Just after noon, police said Mr. Miller swung at Michael J. Pierce, of Morrison Street, during an incident near Mr. Pierce’s home.
Charged at his residence at 12:30 p.m., Mr. Miller was arraigned in City Court and held on $1,500 bail.
