INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Shayne M. Pendergast, 50, of Saratoga Springs for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights at 12:50 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Sandstone Drive.

0927 Property found: credit card. Unable to locate the owner. Property placed in lost and found.

1212 Patrol reports a property damage accident on Market Street.

1234 Found property: An amount of cash was found and turned in at the police station.

1314 Report from several local business that there are two dogs that are being allowed to urinate on the sidewalk in front of downtown businesses. Patrol responded and spoke with the owners advising them of the law and that they need to take their dogs to an appropriate location to complete business.

1321 Report of a property damage accident on a Clarkson Access Road behind Walker Arena.

1408 Report of a property damage accident on Market Street at Walnut Street.

1427 Patrol completed an equipment inspection for an inadequate headlight charge.

1533 Patrol completed fingerprints for a non- village resident for employment purposes.

1651 Patrol responded to a commercial burglar alarm at a business on Elm Street. Accidental alarm.

1655 Alarm activation at a local business. Patrol dispatched. Accidental alarm.

1807 Fraud complaint reported.

1825 Report of a property damage accident that occurred on Lower Pine Street. Patrol dispatched.

2240 Larceny complaint received. Investigation is continuing.
