The memorial service for Linda J. Brown, 66 of 16564 State Route 178 Adams will be Monday in the chapel of TLC Funeral Home, Inc. at Noon. Mrs. Brown died at her home surrounded by her loving family and while under care of Hospice of Jefferson County.

She was born in Watertown, New York on April 3, 1948 the daughter of Francis and Ruby Lawerence Martin.

Mrs. Brown attended school in Watertown. She married Paul K. Brown, Sr. on June 19, 1965 in Watertown.

She worked as a private home health aid and later worked for Progressive Leasing until she retired in 1994.

Mrs. Brown was an animal lover and would lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Surviving besides her husband Paul are her children Paul and Catherine Brown, Jr. of Adams, Penny Tiberend and her finance’ John Bourquin of Adams Center, Ruby Brown of Bonduel, Wisconsin and Adam and Danielle Brown of Brownville.

Also surviving are her sisters and brother in laws Mrs. Chet (Cheryl) Britton of Lowville, Joyce Albro of Watertown, Mrs. Ralph (Gloria) Zehr of Watertown Center and Mrs. Rodney (Debra) Brown of Pulaski, 10 grandchildren and a brother in law Matthew Dettling of St. Louis, Missouri. Mrs. Brown was also soon to be the great grandmother of Rylie Tiberend.

A brother Francis Martin, Jr. and two sisters Caryl Martin and Rosemary Dettling died before her.

Arrangements are with TLC Funeral Home, Inc.
