WATERTOWN — Jason C. Roshia, 35, of 111 E. Lynde St., lower apt., was charged by city police Sunday afternoon with felony first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment.

Police said Mr. Roshia violated the terms of a Family Court order of protection when he entered the residence of the protected party, Sandra M. Labarge. He also ignored her requests for him to leave and punched her in the right eye in her apartment at 85 Public Square, Apt. B, police said.

He was being held for arraignment in City Court.
