The following motorists are accused of driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Amy K. Alteri, 48, Watertown, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI at 1:46 a.m. Monday on Route 12 in the town of Pamelia. Police said the suspect was pulled over because she was using a cellphone. Her blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent, they said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes proof of intoxication. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.
■ James R. Madjerick, 26, of 316 S. Rutland St., was charged by city police at 7:14 p.m. Saturday with aggravated DWI. He was arrested at 300 S. Rutland St. and had a 0.34 percent BAC, police said.
■ Joseph M. Endres, 41, of 23195 White Road, Watertown, was charged by city police at 8:46 p.m. Sunday with a DWI-third offense, a class D felony. Police said he was pulled over on the 700 block of West Main Street and had a BAC of 0.17 percent. He had two prior DWI convictions within the preceding 10 years, they said.
■ Cynthia M. Fultz, 32, of 95131 Desoto Drive, Fort Drum, was charged by city police at 2:42 a.m. Sunday at 900 Arsenal St., Watertown. She had a BAC of 0.12 percent, police said.
■ Angel M. Diaz-Roman, 31, of 1815 Olmsted Drive, was charged by city police at 2:48 a.m. Sunday at 1 Public Square. Police did not report a BAC.
