WATERTOWN Two city men were arrested May 7 after they allegedly stole nearly $150 worth of merchandise from the Walmart Supercenter on Route 3.
But, police said, one of the men faces additional charges after he gave a false identity to police.
Zach A. Cook, 25, of 231 W. Main St., and Trevor O. Converse, 22, of 660 Boyd St., both were charged with petit larceny after police said they stole $144.91 worth of merchandise from the store at 7:44 p.m. on the day of the arrest.
At that time, Mr. Cook allegedly told police he was 25-year-old Scott A. Flora. Additional charges against him are pending.
