BRASHER FALLS — Jacob St. Mary led the Brushton-Moira baseball team in hitting and pitching as the Panthers swept the St. Lawrence Central Larries in a Northern Athletic Conference East Division doubleheader, winning 10-2 and 5-0 Wednesday.

St. Mary picked up two hits in the opener for the Panthers (5-1 overall and division) and threw a three-hit shutout in game two. He also drove in two runs with a single in the second game.

Zach Burnett was the winning pitcher in game one and also added two hits and drove in three runs. Alex Burnett also produced two hits for the Panthers.

Luke Peets tripled and drove in a run in the opener for the Larries (4-3).

NORWOOD-NORFOLK 1-20,

ST. REGIS FALLS 0-2

After edging St. Regis Falls by a single run in the opener, the Flyers (5-2) scored 20 times in the second game to sweep an East Division doubleheader in Norwood.

R.J. Bendt struck out eight and allowed just one hit to the Saints (0-5) in the opening game. He also drove in Zeb Brown with the only run.

Coby Munson was the winning pitcher in game two and went 3-for-3. Tristan Andrews and Brown each lined two hits.

TUPPER LAKE 7-9, CHATEAUGAY 5-2

Kris Crouse doubled twice in game one as the Lumberjacks (3-3) swept the Bulldogs in an East Division doubleheader in Chateaugay.

Devin Labare picked up three hits for Chateaugay (1-6) in the second game.

MORRISTOWN 3-7, LISBON 0-6

Jacob Fox threw a five-hit shutout in the opener as the Green Rockets (4-3) swept the Golden Knights in a West Division doubleheader in Lisbon.

Karter VanArnam led Morristown in the second game with a triple and two doubles. Fox finished with two hits in game two.

Alex Arduine produced three hits for Lisbon (2-5) in the second contest with Ronnie Duprey singling twice.

MALONE 6-22, GOUVERNEUR 1-3

Jared Moody held the Wildcats to three hits and struck out 10 in the opening game of a Central Division doubleheader sweep by the Huskies (6-2, 5-2) in Malone.

Kody Mulverhill led Malone in game two with three hits and Jake Henning and Jacob Scharf added two hits.

Dylan Gibson picked up two hits for Gouverneur (0-5) in the opener, and Dan Mullin singled and doubled in game two.
