LaRose pitched four innings and Sebastian Quintilliani went the last two.
We had some chances defensively where we could have helped Kinnon out but we didnt do it, said OFA Coach Tom Pinkerton.
We have to get better defensively but we have a lot of games to do it. We did some good things today and we will get better.

Malone 1 - Canton 0 8 inn: We are right there and we have had our chances but we havent converted, said Canton Matt Caufield after the Golden Bears Alden Slack allowed just five hits in a classic pitchers duel with Malones Tim LaMay who threw a nine-inning no-hitter.
We had some good scoring chances today just like we did yesterday when lost to Massena 2-1. Alden Slack pitched a great game and Austin LaMay didnt allow a hit which says it all
