MASSENA — Courtney Manley and Jacelyn Lazore each scored three goals to lead the Massena girls lacrosse team to an 8-4 victory over Potsdam in a Northern Athletic Conference game Monday.

Shannon Casey and Mimi Lazore also scored for Massena (6-3 overall, 5-1 division).

Kalie Grant scored three goals for Potsdam (8-2, 7-2). Hannah Drechsel also scored for the Sandstoners.

CANTON 8, OFA 5

Rachael Huntley and Tess Knight both scored three goals as the Golden Bears (6-2) defeated the Blue Devils in Ogdensburg.

Mackenzie Bresett and Sky Hoover each scored twice for OFA (2-7, 1-5).

BOYS LACROSSE

SALMON RIVER 16, ST. LAWRENCE 3

Kason Tarbell scored four goals and assisted on four others as the Shamrocks (7-0, 6-0) beat the Larries in Brasher Falls.

Skye Sunday registered three goals and three assists, and Miles Delormier added four goals. Bryton Burns, Skylar Thomas, Frank David, Trenton Tarbell and Dalton Roundpoint also scored goals.

Lukas Arquiett, Marshall Burninghausen and Nick Randall also scored for the Larries (4-5).

OFA 7, POTSDAM 6

Nate Peo scored twice, and Austin Morley-Sloan added one goal and two assists as the Blue Devils (3-4) defeated the Sandstoners in Potsdam.

Taylor Richardson, Andrew Roddy, David Prudhomme and Austin Murdock also scored.

Josh Sanchez led the Sandstoners (2-7) with three goals. Max Warden scored twice and Billy Bergan also scored for Potsdam.

SARANAC LAKE 8, COLTOn-PIERREPONT 4

Saranac Lake tallied five goals in the first quarter and went on to defeat Colton-Pierrepont (0-9) in South Colton.

Oliver Holmes led the Red Storm (2-3) with three goals. Ethan Knight scored twice for the Colts, and John Porter and Scott Boyce also scored goals.

CARTHAGE 11, SOUTH JEFFERSON 6

Bailey Wilkinson produced eight points, including five goals, as the Comets earned a crossover win against the Spartans in Adams.

Paul Bracy chipped in with three goals and three assists, while Chris DeRonda picked up nine groundballs.

Austin Robare recorded two goals and an assist for South Jefferson (4-8, 3-5).

IHC 13, OSWEGO 12

Nick Koelmel accounted for five goals and two assists to help lift the Cavaliers to a nonleague victory at Oswego.

Cole Carpenter scored three goals, and goalie Dan Grant stopped nine shots for Immaculate Heart Central (7-4).

Shane Bowman finished with three goals and two assists, and Trey Love made nine saves for Oswego (5-8).

CENTRAL SQUARE 14, INDIAN RIVER 3

Zachary Dempsey generated eight points, including five assists, as the Red Hawks won a nonleague game in Central Square.

Dylan Wallace supplied four goals for Central Square (3-8).

Logan Prudhomme scored twice for Indian River (2-11).

GIRLS LACROSSE

SOUTH JEFFERSON 21, INDIAN RIVER 6

Morgan Alexander supplied seven goals as the Spartans routed the Warriors in a Frontier League game at Philadelphia.

Lara Podvin added six goals and an assist for South Jefferson (8-2, 5-1).

Sidney Black notched three goals for Indian River (3-6, 0-6).

IHC 11, VVS 3

Danielle Pound and Erin Dingman scored three goals apiece and Allison McElheran stopped six shots to carry the Cavaliers to a nonleague victory at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds.

Rachel O’Brien finished with a goal and three assists, and Julia O’Brien provided a goal and three assists for Immaculate Heart (5-7).
