PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Kevin T. Creager, 22, of Victor with public urination at 2:01 a.m. Friday on Market Street after he was allegedly observed urinating in public view.



PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Travis A. Wood, 23, of Bloomingdale with public urination at 2:531 a.m. Friday on Main Street after he was allegedly observed urinating in public view.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jacob A. Gyder, 22, of Syracuse for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights and travelling the wrong way on a one way street at 2:46 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Division Street. Police said Gyder was stopped after police observed a vehicle traveling the wrong way down Division Street with no headlights on.



SPEED IN ZONE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Kayleigh M. Miller, 23, of Colton for speed in zone (51/35 mph zone) at 10:30 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Market Street.



INADEQUATE EXHAUST - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Andrew B. Hickman, 20, of St. Regis Falls for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate exhaust at 11:54 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Maple Street.
