NORWOOD — Shayln Molnar hit a three-run home run and added two singles to lead the Norwood-Norfolk softball team to an 18-7 win over Madrid-Waddington in an Northern Athletic Conference East Division game on Friday.

Courtney Wagstaff, Gabby Cole, Courtney Harvey and Bryana Powell each added two hits for the Flyers (1-1 overall and division).

Mariah Patenaude went 3-for-4 for Madrid-Waddington (0-2).

Blake Orosz and Sadie Newcombe both lined two hits for the Yellow Jackets.

ST. LAWRENCE 21, ST. REGIS FALLS 1

Kelsie Newtown struck out nine to lead the Larries past St. Regis Falls (0-2) in an East Division contest in Brasher Falls.

Lindsay Thayer went 3-for-4, including a home run, and drove in five runs for the Larries (2-0).

Chelsea Savage also homered and finished with two hits. Hailey Agens went 2-for-3 and drove in three runs.

Brittany Rondeau and Makensy Bazdaric each singled twice for St. Regis Falls.

HEUVELTON 31, HARRISVILLE 1

Logan Tallman threw a no-hitter as Heuvelton defeated the Pirates (0-2) in a five-inning West Division game in Harrisville.

Nathalie Barr hit a grand slam for the Bulldogs (2-0).

Alexis Sawyer went 4-for-4 and drove in nine runs. Alexis Weider and Paige McDonald also lined four hits.

EDWARDS-KNOX 13, HERMON-DEKALB 2

Makenzie Bacon struck out 16 and gave up one hit as Edwards-Knox defeated the Demons (1-1) in a West Division game in DeKalb Junction.

Katrina Moore picked up two hits for the Cougars (2-0).

LISBON 15, HAMMOND 13

Alyshia Murray was the winning pitcher and drove in four runs off two singles to lead Lisbon (2-0) past the Red Devils in a West Division contest in Hammond.

Paige Frisina tallied four hits for Hammond (0-2) and Marinah Simmons stroked two.

MORRISTOWN 32, CLIFTOn-FINE 11

Margret Trioano hit a three-run home run and finished with four hits as Morristown defeated the Eagles (0-2) in a West Division game in Star Lake.

Liz Trioano produced five hits for the Green Rockets (1-1), including a triple and double.

Jessica Geddes hit a three-run home run and Macalla Roberts lined three singles.

Ali Rust led the Eagles with a two-hit game.

OFA 12, GOUVERNEUR 4

Jillian Lincoln singled three times and drove in three runs to lead Ogdensburg Free Academy past the Wildcats (0-2) in a Central Division contest in Gouverneur.

Riley Luckie struck out five for the Blue Devils (2-0).

HARRISVILLE 4, HEUVELTON 1

Bryon Evans singled three times and Jared Dreythaler added two hits and drove in two runs to lead the Pirates (2-0) past Heuvelton in a West Division game in Harrisville.

Kevin Kapher also lined two hits for Harrisville.

Mike Martin went 2-for-2 and struck out 11 for Heuvelton (1-2, 1-1).

LISBON 17, HAMMOND 4

Joey Pellerin finished with three hits, including two doubles, as Lisbon defeated the Red Devils (0-2) in a West Division game in Hammond.

Alex Arduine singled twice for the Golden Knights (2-0).

MORRISTOWN 19, CLIFTON-FINE 2

Karter VanArnam went 4-for-5 and drove in five runs to lead Morristown past the Eagles (0-2) in a West Division game in Star Lake.

Zach Kanalay went 3-for-4 and drove in three runs for the Green Rockets (2-0), and Tyler Delosh hit a two-run homer and was the winning pitcher.

Damien Sharlow lined two hits for the Eagles.

EDWARDS-KNOX 11, HERMON-DEKALB 1

Jeremiah Randall struck out nine to help Edwards-Knox defeat the Demons (0-2) in a West Division game in DeKalb Junction.

Kaden Dandrow doubled three times for the Cougars (1-1).

BRUSHTOn-MOIRA 19, TUPPER LAKE 10

The Panthers rallied from a 6-1 deficit to defeat Tupper Lake (0-1) in an East Division game in Brushton.

Brushton-Moira (1-1) scored 14 runs in the final three innings, highlighted by a Zach Burnett grand slam in the sixth.

OFA 13, GOUVERNEUR 3

Zach Barr produced two hits and drove in five runs to lead the Blue Devils (2-0) past Gouverneur in a Central Division game in Ogdensburg.

John Tayler singled twice for OFA.

Aaron McEathron hit a two-run homer for the Wildcats (0-2).

THOUSAND ISLANDS 10, COPENHAGEN 7

Winning pitcher Austin Bach singled twice and drove in two runs, and Chase Boyer tripled in a run and singled to pace the Vikings to a Frontier League division crossover win at Copenhagen.

Travis Docteur chipped in with two singles for Thousand Islands (3-0).

Antonio Figueroa doubled, singled and knocked in three runs for the Golden Knights (2-1).

GIRLS LACROSSE

HEUVELTON 13, OFA 5

Jackie Sovie scored six goals and assisted on three more to lead the Bulldogs (2-4, 2-3) past OFA in Heuvelton.

Olivia St. Pierre tallied four goals and Maddie St. Pierre added two goals with an assist. Alex Steele also scored.

Sky Hoover led OFA (1-4, 1-3) with four goals.

Mackenzie Bresett also scored for OFA.

POTSDAM 11, NORTHWOOD PREP 8

Kiona Loran and Nettie Rishe scored four goals as the Sandstoners (6-0) defeated the Northwood Prep School in a nonleague game in Lake Placid.

Hannah Drechsel scored twice for Potsdam and Matisyn Beemer added another goal.
