BROWNVILLE—State police charged Kyli A. Frank, 16, of 205 Brown Blvd., with fourth-degree criminal mischief after she allegedly threw a cellphone through a bedroom window after she was asked to clean the living room.

The domestic dispute began at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday when one of her parents, who was not named, asked Miss Frank to clean the room, police said. A confrontation ensued, leading to the broken window. The phone was not damaged and the value for the broken window is not known.

She was arraigned in Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
