POTSDAM — Tressa Goolden scored three straight goals in the second half to lead the SUNY Canton women’s lacrosse team to a 13-11 victory over Clarkson in a nonconference game Tuesday afternoon. Gooldon finished with six goals for the Kangaroos (5-4 overall).

Robyn Carroll and Keeley Rice each scored twice for SUNY Canton. Joelle Percey added one goal and four assists, and Hannah Christiansen and Nikki Holmes each added single goals.

Paige Fayette led Clarkson (4-7) with four goals. Christine Wright supplied two goals and three assists and Danielle Faivus added two goals. Ashley Flick, Abby Doyle and Emma Jeffery scored single goals.

n Catherine Clark scored four goals to lead SUNY Oneonta over SUNY Potsdam 11-10 in a SUNYAC game in Potsdam. Nikki Fioretti, Nicole Boylan and Casey Sarle each added two goals for SUNY Oneonta (8-4, 3-1).

Bailey Weigel paced the Bears (3-6, 0-3) with four goals. Emily Petit scored twice and Bri McClusky, Michelle Varney, Michaela Cole and Alyssa Ferenczy added goals.
