Motorists face DWI charges

The following people are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

n Corey A. Boyer, 33, of 506 Barre St., Ogdensburg, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI Friday evening. Police said Mr. Boyer was stopped on Gilbert Street in the city for making an illegal left turn. His blood alcohol content was listed as 0.18 percent. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher is considered proof of intoxication. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.

n Matthew D. Fregoe, 35, Norfolk, was charged by state police early Saturday. Police said Mr. Fregoe was stopped for speeding on Route 56 in Louisville. His BAC was 0.11 percent, they said.

nChristopher R. Jones, 32, North Lawrence, was charged by state police early Saturday. Police said Mr. Jones was stopped for speeding on Route 11C in the town of Lawrence. His BAC was listed as 0.11 percent.

n Justin E. Carl, 25, of 10322 4th Armored Division Drive, Apt. 206A, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 12:39 a.m. Friday in the 300 block of State Street. He also was cited with failure to signal a turn. His BAC was listed as 0.10 percent.

n Benjamin C. Wisner Sr., 50, of 46 N. Park St., Adams, was charged by Watertown police at 1:10 a.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Arsenal Street. He also was cited with failing to stop at a red light. His BAC was listed as 0.08 percent.

n Earl W. Martin, 60, of 371 Brainard St., also was charged by Watertown police at 12:10 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of Franklin Street with running a red light. His BAC was listed as 0.11 percent.

n Michelle E. Cummins, 31, Evans Mills, was charged by state police at 11:50 p.m. Friday on Route 11 in the town of Pamelia. Her BAC was not listed.
