DWI - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Debora A. Moschell, 52, of Potsdam, with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 1:15 a.m. Sunday.
Troopers said they noticed Moschell illegally parked on Park Street before she used the wrong turn signal while driving onto Hamilton Street.
She was also ticketed for stopping in the roadway and for making an illegal signal.
Moschells blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher is considered proof of intoxication in New York state.
DWI - LISBON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged William W. McGaw, 30, of Lisbon with a felony count of aggravated driving while intoxicated early Sunday.
Troopers said McGaw was stopped on state Route 37 in Oswegatchie for driving in the wrong lane at 2:28 a.m. Sunday. He was ticketed for failure to keep right and failure to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles of an address change
McGaw, who has a previous DWI conviction within 10 years, had a blood alcohol content of 0.19. A DWI charge is elevated to the aggravated count when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.
PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM Canton-based state police charged Brandi F. Neuroth, 22, of Gouverneurwith petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Potsdam Walmart.
Troopers allege Neuroth put two soda cans and two 16-ounce bottles, with a total value of $3.90, in her purse and walked out of the Walmart Supercenter on Route 11.
She is scheduled to appear in town court.
TRESPASSING - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged William A. Beyers, 26, of Moira with trespassing Friday night stemming from an investigation into a complaint filed with troopers at 5 p.m. Jan. 27 from the town of Potsdam. Troopers said the arrest was made at 9 p.m. Friday on Hazen Road in the town of Moira.
FALSE INSTRUMENT - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Macenzie A. Helm, 21, of Moira with second-degree offering a false instrument for filing Saturday morning stemming from a fraud complaint made to troopers on Jan. 31 from the town of Malone.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents on Saturday and early Sunday morning around the region. Among those:
■ Robert E. Premo, 57, of Lisbon and William Paul Shirley, 51, of Massena were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 6:07 a.m. Sunday on state Route 37, near ONeil Road, in the town of Massena.
■ Christopher J. Niles, 35, of Malone at 5:03 a.m. Sunday on Chateaugay Street, near High Street, in the town of Fort Covington.
■ John S. Barton, 34, of Malone and Randy J. Woods, 59, of Moira at 10:33 a.m. Saturday on County Route 17, near Route 11, in the town of Moira.
