Before dawn Tuesday, three residents of 320 High St. were charged in connection with two apparently separate incidents.

Christopher L., 39, and Tyler W. Rounds, 18, were arrested at the residence at 2:18 a.m. after the two allegedly entered a man’s home.

While the two men were at the apartment of Sean M. Hartford, 196 Stone St., Apt. 2, the elder Mr. Rounds punched Mr. Hartford in the face, as well another man at the apartment, Maverick D. LaDuke, of 1641 Columbia St., Adams Center, police said.

Police also said Mr. Hartford was holding a 3-year-old child at the time he was punched.

Both men were charged with second-degree criminal trespassing. Christopher Rounds additionally was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment, a violation, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

Kristi L. Simmons, 39, was arrested at the residence at 4:34 a.m. after she called Troy A. Rowe, of 22550 Willowbrook Drive, Apt. 204, and threatened him, police said.

According to police, she told him that she was going to “send guys over to beat him up” and that she would “burn him tomorrow.” Police said the incident took place at 114 Franklin St. at 3:43 a.m. Police did not say whether the two alleged incidents were related.

Ms. Simmons was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor.

All three were taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building for processing. Both men were released with appearance tickets for City Court. Ms. Simmons was held at the jail on $500 police bail pending arraignment in City Court. After arraignment, she was sent back to the jail in lieu of $250 cash bail.
