ANTWERPThree teenagers were arrested Sunday night after state police said they had stolen items from multiple vehicles in the village.
According to police, Dylan S. Goodale, 18, of 27 Maple Ave.; Matthew J. Askerneese, 17, of 41 Mechanic St., and William C. Stotts, 16, of 39 Mechanic St., had taken $35 worth of lottery tickets and $10.51 in change from the vehicles.
Police said the trooper noticed three sets of footprints leading to the various vehicles. He followed them to 21 Maple Ave., where the three boys were located and reportedly admitted to the crimes.
Each was charged with petit larceny and unauthorized use of a vehicle. They are to answer the charges in Town Court.
