The following motorists are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
n Ronald E. Self, 33, of 525 Washington St., Ogdensburg, was charged with a felony count by state police early Sunday.
Police said Mr. Self, who has had a previous DWI conviction within 10 years, was driving on County Route 28 in Lisbon when he crossed the center line several times and drove on the shoulder.
Mr. Selfs blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent, police said.
Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more constitutes proof of intoxication.
n Trevor H. James, 42, of Parishville, was charged by state police Saturday night after he was pulled over on Route 420, Norfolk, for inadequate license plate lamps and drinking alcohol in his vehicle, police said.
Troopers said he was found to be in possession of cocaine and marijuana.
Mr. James also was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, as well as unlawful possession of marijuana.
Mr. Jamess BAC was 0.11 percent, police said.
n Justin D. Putney, 22, of Lisbon, was charged by state police Saturday morning.
Police said Mr. Putneys truck was found on the side of the road on County Route 28 in Lisbon.
Police said he had brass knuckles in the drivers side door pocket of his vehicle and additionally was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
His BAC was 0.17 percent, they said.
