Harold A. Hager Sr. passed away March 6, 2014 in Celebration, FL. He was born in Watertown, N.Y. March 21, 1924, son of Harry C. Hager Sr. and Mary Cartin Roy. He graduated from Watertown High School in 1940. He married Joan M. Griffin on May 6, 1950.

He retired from Fort Drum, N.Y. in 1979 as Chief of Utilities. He then worked for the North Syracuse Central School district as Director of Maintenance until his retirement in 1989.

He is survived by his wife Joan, a son and his wife, Harold Jr. and Kerry of Franklin, Ma; a daughter and her husband, Karen and Keith Castle of Celebration, Fl. In addition, he has 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a daughter Joanne Hager Castle, a brother Harry. C. Hager, Jr., and 2 half-sisters; Shirley Roy Slate and Mary Lou Roy Garlock.

A memorial service will be planned at the convenience of the family.
