Clarkson (19-15-4) evened its best-of-three ECAC Hockey series with Princeton (6-25) with a 4-0 win Saturday before 2,055 at Cheel Arena.

Game three will start at 7 p.m. Sunday and if Clarkson wins the Golden Knights will travel to Cornell for a best-of-three quarterfinal series next weekend. If Princeton wins they will play at Union.

Jeff DiNallo started things off quick for Clarkson, scoring just 54 seconds into the game.

Will Frederick added a power-play goal at 10 minutes, 20 seconds of the first period and James de Haas scored twice in the second period for Clarkson. Allan McPherson picked up two assists to reach 100 points for his career.

Steve Perry made 24 saves for the shutout.
