State police said Austin J. Taylor, 16, of 435 S. Hycliff Drive, Apt. 604A, used a less-expensive night pass during the more expensive daytime hours Saturday at Dry Hill Ski Area, 18160 Alpine Ridge Road.
Police did not say what the price differential was; passes range from $14 to $30, depending on the time of day and length of stay.
He was charged at 5:45 p.m. Saturday at the Franklin Street Dairy & Market, 261 Franklin St., and charged with theft of services. He was issued an appearance ticket for Watertown Town Court.
