Ogdensburg police ticketed Amanda L. Kio, 48, of 418 Main St., at 5:02 p.m. Monday on the 700 block of Canton Street for driving without a brake light on the driver’s side.

Police arrested Randy S. Guyette Jr., 24, of 125 Pink School House, Canton, at 8:27 p.m. Monday at Nice and Easy, 1117 New York Ave., for driving without a front license plate, driving under the influence of drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned and released under probation supervision. No further details were available.

Police arrested Patrick T. Wade, 43, of Rochester, at 1:33 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Ford and Caroline streets for driving at an imprudent speed and aggravated driving while intoxicated for having a blood alcohol content of more than .18. City police said he was arrested following a report from the Ogdensburg Department of Public Works that a car had crashed into a snow bank. He was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.

Police ticketed Daphne M. Steele, 89, of 5874 County Route 6, at 12:25 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Paterson and Lafayette streets for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a two-car accident.

Police arrested Timothy J. Thomas, 34, of 412 Grove St., at 11:59 a.m. Tuesday at the police station on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree harassment. He was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.

Police arrested Edward C. Brossoit, 19, of Apartment 20, High Complex, Norfolk, at 1:33 p.m. Tuesday on a city court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine. He was originally charged with petit larceny. Mr. Brossoit was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.
