AVOIDING TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE - POTSDSAM - Village police ticketed Stacey L. Hartigan, 33, of Norwood for avoiding a traffic control device at 2:14p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Market Street. Police said Hartigan travel ledthrough the Big Lot’s parking lot from Market Street to the May Road, avoiding the traffic control device at the intersection of Market Street and the May Road.



FAILURE TO KEEP RIGHT - POTSDAM - Villae police ticketed Michael J. Zembricki II, 19, of Morganville, N.J., for failure to keep righton a two-lane road after the vehicle he was operating struck another vehicle and went down a small embankment when he failed to negotiate a turn. Police said no one was injured in the accident.
