The following people are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Stephanie M. Lacerte, 29, of 34206 Hell St., Apt. D, Cape Vincent, was charged by Watertown police with aggravated DWI at 2:21 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Franklin Street.
Police said her blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more constitutes proof of intoxication. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher. She also was ticketed with failing to obey a traffic control device.
■ Robert E. Kerwin III, 43, of 22086 Fitchette Road, LaFargeville, was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies at 5:47 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 81 in the town of Pamelia. Deputies said he was charged after they found his 1998 Jeep stuck in snow on the shoulder of the highway. Mr. Kerwin refused a Breathalyzer test to determine his BAC, deputies said. He also was cited with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speed not reasonable for conditions and driving across hazard markings.
■ Steven A. Sills, 36, of 26411 Lynn Circle, Calcium, also was charged by state police at 3:25 a.m. Saturday on Route 11 in the town of Pamelia with making an unsafe lane change. His BAC was unavailable Saturday.
■ Richard A. Johnson, 46, of 4099 Shibley Road, Lyons Falls, was charged by Lewis County sheriffs deputies at 8:16 p.m. Friday on McAlpine Street in the village of Lyons Falls. His BAC was 0.12 percent, deputies said. He also was charged with having a cracked windshield and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
■ Angel Garlow, 24, of 1840 Cumberland St., Cornwall, Ontario, was charged by state police early Saturday. Police said she was stopped on Route 37, Bombay, for failure to keep right. Her BAC was 0.10 percent, they said.
