Spain emerged with the championship of the Ogdensburg Boys and Girls Club Junior Indoor Soccer Playoff Championships in spirited final four.

Honoroed with individual awards after the championship game were: Defensive MVP Isaiah Smith, Most Improved Justice McInytre, Offensive MVP Karson LaRose and Outstanding Sportsmanship Awards: Elyssa Bice and Britney Rheome.

SEMI-FINALS

Brazil 1 - USA 0: Colin Brenno’s goal with three minutes left in the second half sent Brazil on to the finals. Also contributing in the win were Hugh Colburn, Karson LaRose and Justice Mcentire who all played great on defense. Tristan Lovely and Aaron Ellis played very well in net to keep the US close

Spain 3 - England 2: Isaiah Smith scored all of the goals and Elliott Donnelly and Alexis Brothers played well in net to give Team Brazil the win. England received two second half goals from Braeden Free to stage a furious comeback that just fell short.

Michael Bice and Ben Switzer both had assists and played well on both ends of the floor.

CONSOLATION GAME

England 4 -USA 0: Michael Bice was a scoring machine as he scored all four goals. Also playing part in the win were Ben Switzer, Bryce Redmond, Braeden Free and Robbie Downey. Missing some key players, USA played hard led by strong defense from Reily Hough, Tristan Lovely, Aaron Ellis and Chris Perry.

CHAMPIONSHIP GAME

Spain 6 - Brazil 1: Spain jumped out early and never looked back sparked by five goals from Isaiah Smith and one goal from Alexis Brothers. Providing great defense were: Elliott Donnelly and Tyler Barridge.

Brazil’s lone goal was supplied by Karson LaRose. Also playing well were Hugh Colburn, Olivia Merrill, and Emma Lalone.
