A Watertown man is accused of intentionally breaking the driver’s side mirror of a Sackets Harbor man’s truck.

Philip C. Cox, 48, of 17793 Fields Road, was charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly broke the mirror belonging to Ronald Nier.

He was arrested at the state police barracks in Pamelia at 7:38 p.m. Wednesday and issued an appearance ticket for Hounsfield Town Court.
