McLaurin connected for five 3-point goals and recorded seven assists and seven rebounds.
Andrew Smith supplied 17 points, including five 3-pointers, and Walter Jeter added 10 points for Carthage (10-0, 9-0).
Kyle Malik scored 26 points, and Brian OConnor scored 21 for Lowville (0-10).
