A Watertown man was arrested early Friday after he was accused of intentionally breaking the back window of a Watertown residence.
Christopher M. Joiner, 21, of 140 California Ave., Apt. B, was charged at 2:17 a.m. with fourth-degree criminal mischief. City police said he broke a window at the residence of Mark W. and Tina M. King, 529 Emerson St., with his fist.
He was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and turned over to military custody. He was issued an appearance ticket for City Court.
