Ogdensburg City Police ticketed Seth J. Tebo, 18, 705 Piquet Drive, at 5 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Morris Street and Jersey Avenue for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a two-car accident. Police said Mr. Tebo hit a car driven by Daniel L. Jones, 55, 915 Paterson St. There were no injuries reported.

Police ticketed Thomas R. Bouchey, 45, 1111 State St., at 12:33 p.m. Saturday on the 1100 block of State Street for parking his car facing the wrong way on a one-way street.

Police ticketed Donald C. Edwards, 78, 321 Mansion Ave., at 4:28 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of the Downtown Arterial and Commerce Street for driving through a stop sign.

Police charged Robert I. Carr, 29, Gateway Apartments, No. 7, at 2:34 p.m. Sunday at Label Shopper, 701 Canton St., with petit larceny. He was released with an appearance ticket.

Marcie E. Turnbull, 27, 710 Pickering St., was ticketed by police at 4:40 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of State Street for driving an uninspected vehicle.

Jeffrey O. Measheaw, 50, of Ogdensburg, was ticketed by police at 4:44 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of State and Canton Street for using a cell phone while driving.

Police arrested Victor L. Laflair, 29, 1673 County Route 28, Lisbon, at 11:29 p.m. Sunday at 930 Ford St. for second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. Mr. Laflair was arraigned and released under the probationary supervision. No further information was available.

Police ticketed Theodore F. Tulip, 43, 28 Rensselaer Ave., at 10:17 a.m. Monday on the 800 block of Paterson Street for driving an uninspected vehicle.

Jessica J. Kerr, 33, 1001 Ford St., was arrested by police at 12:25 p.m. Monday at Price Chopper on a city court bench warrant for failing to pay restitution on probation. No further details were available. Ms. Kerr was released on an appearance ticket after posting $30 bail.

Police arrested Morgan E. Larose, 25, 803 Jefferson Avenue, at 1:21 p.m. Monday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to answer a previous charge of driving while ability impaired, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident. She was arraigned and released under her own recognizance. No further details were available.
