LOWVILLE — A West Carthage man was charged by village police with two counts of disorderly conduct after he allegedly got into a confrontation with police on Turin Road on Tuesday night.

Police said they stopped Michael G. Kramer, 54, of 20 High St., after he was seen driving erratically in the Tops Plaza. When patrols began interviewing Mr. Kramer, police said, he became loud and disorderly.

Charged at 8:35 p.m., he is to appear in Village Court.
