Clayton- Mrs. Julie M. Sippell, age 58, of County Rt. 3, died Monday at the Hospice of Jefferson County Ellis Farm in Watertown.

Her service will be Saturday, Dec 21, at 1pm at the T.R. Jetty Funeral Home in Clayton. Calling hours will be from 11am until the time of the service.

Julie was born January 28, 1955, in Watertown, the daughter of James and Mary Taylor Johnston.

She graduated from Georgetown High School. For years she was a homemaker and a caregiver.

Julie was dedicated to her family and loved keeping a beautiful house and garden. She always put others before her and cared devotedly for her stepfather Morse Dial during his long illness.

Julie was a caregiver all her life and always listened to her heart and went her own way.

She is survived by her mother Mary Dial; a son Christopher Thornhill of South Carolina; a daughter Mary Francis VanLandingham of Colorado; and one grandson Dylan.
