BENCH WARRANT - POTSDAM - Village police picked up Dakota Vallance, 18, of Winthrop on a bench warrant from St. Lawrence County Court. He was transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, where he will be held pending arraignment on the warrant in county court.
