Elizabeth J. Bernhard, 81, of 423 Oak St., was ticketed Monday at 1:50 p.m. on East South Street for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign, Ogdensburg police said.

Dale E. Martin Jr., 30, of 904 Paterson St., was arrested Monday at 9:54 a.m. for fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment, both related to an argument with Meggin E.J. Ashley, 27, of 511 Greene St., city police said. He was arraigned in city court, released on his own recognizance and told to abide by an order of protection for Miss Ashley.

Jamie J. Phillips, 41, of 207 Montgomery St., was ticketed Monday at 1:59 a.m. on Morris Street for no brake lamp, Ogdensburg police said.

Thomas J. Sansoucy, of 710 Pickering St., called city police Sunday at 12:51 p.m. to report that property was stolen from his home. Details were unavailable.

Elaine T. Craig, 83, of 4626 Route 68, was ticketed Sunday at 11:57 a.m. for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a two-vehicle accident at Paterson and Greene streets, Ogdensburg police said. The other motorist was identified as Patrick K. Farrell, 58, of 428 Pine St.

Steven A. Horton Jr., 25, of 2666 Route 37, Brier Hill, ticketed Sunday at 2:37 a.m. on Lincoln Avenue for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving the wrong way on a one-way street, city police said.

Sean E.J. Rafferty, 41, of 418 Belmont Courts, was arrested Saturday at 4:56 p.m. for petit larceny from Price Chopper, 2981 Ford St. Extension, Ogdensburg police said.

Eleanor M. Willard, 75, of 1960 Route 184, Heuvelton, was ticketed Saturday at 11:40 a.m. on Congress Street for driving the wrong way on a one-way street, city police said.

Gary G. Albers, 60, of Prescott, Ontario, was ticketed Saturday at 9:05 a.m. on Proctor Avenue for speeding, Ogdensburg police said.

Courtney M. Barber, 21, of 227 Belmont Courts, and Shayne A. Austin, 20, of 30 Country Club Road, were arrested Saturday at 2:44 a.m. on bench warrants, she for revocation of probation release and he for sixth-degree conspiracy and two counts of petit larceny, city police said.

Gauge R. L. Tyo, 22, of 423 Belmont Courts, was ticketed Friday at 7:52 p.m. for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, Ogdensburg police said.
