■ CAPE VINCENT — The village Board of Trustees’ December meeting will begin at 4:30 p.m. today, instead of 5:30 p.m., at the village offices on East Joseph Street.

n The Watertown City Council has reappointed Linda C. Dittrich to the Roswell P. Flower Memorial Library board for a full 11-year term. She replaced Kate VanBrocklin Harrienger.

n LOWVILLE — The Village of Lowville Municipal Water and Sewer Board will not hold a meeting in December. The next scheduled meeting is at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 28in the municipal office at 5535 Bostwick St.
