Heather D. Williams, of 614 Burchard St., Apt. 48, was charged Sunday with second-degree obstructing governmental administration after Watertown police said she refused orders from a police patrol.
According to city police, Ms. Williams was arrested at 4:36 p.m. at 562 Morrison St. after she refused to open a bathroom door, which prevented officers from placing her under arrest on a prior warrant. Police said she was given approximately seven minutes to comply with the orders.
She was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court.
