A mechanical breakdown in the distribution department of the Watertown Daily Times held the paper up for several hours this morning.
Because of the problem, papers that are typically delivered by 5 a.m. were not in home boxes until 8 a.m. and later.
Both the St. Lawrence edition and the final edition were affected by the breakdown. Adding to the problem was the storm that left many roads snow covered and slowed travel down.
Anyone who has not received their newspaper today should call the circulation department at 782-1012. St. Lawrence and Franklin county subscribers can call 393-1000.
