City police charged Ephraim Morales Jr., 36, of 629 Bradley St., with multiple offenses after he allegedly entered the home of a woman who had a stay-away order of protection against him filed in City Court.

Police said that about 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Mr. Morales entered the Burns Avenue home of Nakeasha Morales, tore a set of posters and poured out a Twisted Tea drink, causing damage of $6. He also allegedly had violated the court order by leaving a note at the residence.

Charged at his residence at 9:05 p.m. Thursday with second-degree criminal contempt and burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny, he was held pending arraignment in City Court.
