AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Matthew R. McCabe, 23, of Irving with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 2:30 a.m. Friday on Maple Street. Police said the stop was made after an officer observed a vehicle make a U-Turn. McCabe was identified as the operator and was found to have a suspended driver’s license. He was given a verbal warning issued for the illegal U-Turn.

SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Michelle T. Robarge, 25, of Potsdam for speed in zone (49/30) following a traffic stop at 6:58 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Sandstone Drive.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Max E. McCann, 21, of Horseheadsfor following too closely after responding to a property damage accident at 11:04 a.m. Friday on Pierrepont Avenue.

SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Clinton J. Hobbs, 20, of Exeter, N.H., was ticketed for for speed in zone (48/30) following a traffic stop at 9:57 p.m. Friday on Sandstone Drive after police said they had observed his vehicle operating at a high rate of speed on Clarkson Avenue.

Clinton J. Hobbs, (20) of Exeter, N.H. was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket for 1180D Speed in Zone after patrol observed the vehicle he was operating traveling at a high rate of speed on Clarkson Avenue. Speed was confirmed by radar as 48mph in a 30mph zone.

2220 Patrol completed a traffic stop on Outer Market Street. A verbal warning was issued.

2253 Patrol completed traffic stop on Sandstone Drive. A verbal warning was issued.
