DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Cyrus L. Hamer, 20, of Cambridge, Vt., with disorderly conduct/creatinghazardous condition at 1:59 a.m, Friday after he was observed on the Clarkson campus in possession of two fire extinguishers that were the universityproperty.



UNSAFE BACKING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Tyson C. Fernandez, 22, of Lewis for unsafe backing at 10:54 a.m. Friday in the Raymond Street lot when he backed into a passing vehicle.



CELL PHONE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Megan L. Patterson, 29, of Milford, Maine, for using a mobile phone while driving following a traffic stop at 11:23 a.m. Friday on Sandstone Drive.



SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Deborah K. Rafter, 54, of Colton for speed in zone (46/30) at 10:03 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Market Street.
