LOUISVILLE Stacey J. Putney, 37, of Massena, was charged Thursday by St. Lawrence County sheriffs detectives and deputies with felony second-degree burglary and fifth-degree conspiracy, a misdemeanor.
Ms. Putneys arrest comes after an investigation into her alleged involvement in the May burglary of a residence in the town of Louisville. Police allege that she assisted two other suspects who broke into the residence and stole money, jewelry and other miscellaneous items.
She was arraigned by Town Justice Virginia A. Gettman and released under probation supervision.
The investigation is continuing and further charges are pending.
