LOUISVILLE St. Lawrence Sheriffs detectives and deputies charged Stacey J. Putney, 37, of Massena, with a felony count of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor count of fifth-degree conspiracy, .
Putneys arrest comes after an investigation into her alleged involvement in the May burglary of a residence in the town of Louisville.
Police allege that Putney assisted two other suspects that broke into the residence and stole money, jewelry and other miscellaneous items.
Putney was arraigned by Louisville Town Justice Virginia A. Gettman and released under probation supervision. She scheduled to return to that court at a later date.
The investigation is continuing and further charges are pending, deputies said.
