A Watertown woman was sentenced to five years probation after pleading guilty in July to first-degree falsifying business records.
Katherine M. Burch, 50, of 15624 County Route 156, was charged in November 2011 with not forwarding rent money to the owner of Kelsey Creek Apartments, 1206 Superior St., for a five-month period earlier that year.
In addition to her probation, she was ordered by Jefferson County Court to pay restitution of $23,229.
In other rulings Tuesday in Jefferson County Court:
nWendy J. McMahon, 45, Gouverneur, was sentenced to five years probation and about $1,500 in fines after her guilty plea in August to felony driving while intoxicated and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. She admitted that she drove while intoxicated in November 2011 on Route 11 in the town of LeRay while her drivers license was suspended or revoked for a previous alcohol-related offense. The charge was a felony because she was convicted of misdemeanor DWI in October 2010 in Edwards Town Court.
■ Luke T. Ogden, 34, of Erin, Chemung County, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor DWI. He was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Sept. 8, 2011, in the parking lot of a motel on Route 342 in the town of Pamelia.
