A 34-year-old Watertown man faces a drug charge after police seized $11,000 worth of crack cocaine in a raid Monday at his West Main Street apartment.
Antoine Wells, 34, of 232 W. Main St., Apt. 41A, was charged by the Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force with a felony count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Investigators said they found 50 grams of crack cocaine, packaged for sale in more than 100 baggies. They also seized $961 in cash.
Mr. Wells was being held without bail in the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building.
