Two men were arrested Friday night, accused of leaving Denny’s restaurant, 1142 Arsensal St., without paying.

Joshua Ramirez, 22, Fort Drum, and Leonard D. Gray, 26, 550 Factory St., Apt. 543 E., were arrested at 1280 Coffeen St., charged with theft of services, issued appearnce tickets and released to Fort Drum military police custody.

In connection with the arrests, according to a city police report, Christen B. Smith, 19, 627 Burlington St., was arrested on a charge of third-degree possession of a forged instrument at the Coffeen Street address. He was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and held for arraignment.
