An Ogdensburg man pleaded guilty Tuesday in city court to disorderly conduct to satisfy prior charges.
Darrin J. Snyder, 44, of 525 Albany Ave., was originally charged Sept. 27 with falsely reporting an incident - a stolen car - and on Sept. 19 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Judge William R. Small granted Mr. Snyder a one-year conditional discharge, fined and surcharged him a total of $220 and ordered him to perform 20 hours of community service. Mr. Snyder was represented by attorney Gary R. Alford, Ogdensburg.
In other cases before Mr. Small:
John E. Stark, 30, of 2313 Montgomery St., Ogdensburg, was granted an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal of a May 7 charge of second-degree criminal contempt, a violation of a court no harassment order of protection. He also pled guilty to unlicensed operation. He was fined and surcharged him a total of $238.
Mr. Stark was represented by Mr. Alford.
Cody D. Angel, 20, last known address 442 Belmont Courts, Ogdensburg, was adjourned to Oct. 29 to hear a June 25 charge of second-degree harassment against him. He is accused of threatening Elizabeth Laraby, of 431 Belmont Courts. He was ordered to comply with a no harassment order of protection for her.
