In response to a letter that appeared on Oct. 9 from Art Montondo, the GOP is not against everyone having insurance.

They are against the way the liberals are going about it by passing the Affordable Care Act. All the polls showed that the majority of Americans were against it.

A federal government does not have the power to pick and choose who has insurance and mandate everyone to buy anything with their hard-earned money. The Affordable Care Act was passed, and everyone must buy insurance except those who have political connections.

The government can give them wavers. If the Affordable Care Act is so great, make it voluntary. Lets see how many sign up.

The Delclaration of Independence was written to break away from British tyranny. “Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

When more than half of Americans oppose the Affordable Care Act and our governement passes it anyway, this is why we fought for our freedom. I urge everyone to take a minute and read the Declaration of Independence. Especially the part that says “He has enacted a multitude of new offices and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people and eat our substance.”

For example: IRS vs. Tea Pary, NSA vs. U.S. citizens, EPA with Article 21 and the many czars that the administration has.
