Kaquane B. Bovain, 30, aka KO, and Sleezie,of Jamaica, Queens, pleaded guilty Friday in Ogdensburg City Court to a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana.
Judge A. Michael Gebo fined Mr. Bovain $100 and ordered him to pay $120 in surcharges.
Mr. Bovain was arrested Tuesday at 157 Belmont Courts along with Reginald A. Barnes, 26, aka Day Day,of Buffalo, and Triston L. Glenn, 31, aka T, and Fresh Money,of Cambria Heights.
Mr. Barnes and Mr. Glenn were each charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, crack cocaine. Mr. Glenn was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Both were held on $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 bond in St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, and are due in court on Monday.
Bryan A. Pribble, 25, and Kelsey L. Rubadue, 20, both of 157 Belmont Courts, were each charged Thursday with felony first-degree criminal nuisance for allegedly maintaining premises where people gather for the buying and selling controlled substances. They are due in court on Nov. 1.
