DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Emerson Joe, 39, of Pinon, Ariz., with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test, resisting arrest, second-degree obstruction governmental administration and reckless driving at 9:20 p.m. Oct. 7. Mr. Joe was arraigned at Bombay Town Court and remanded to Franklin County Jail with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.



DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Norman J. Gray, 51, of Hogansburg with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, speed in zone and failure to keep right at 2:39 a.m. Oct. 9. Police said he was observed operating a vehicle at 80 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone on Cook Road. Police allege that Gray’s blood alcohol content of 0.20 percent



ASSAULT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Eric J. Sunday, 27, of Hogansburg with third-degree attempted assault and third-degree criminal trespass at 8:43 p.m. Oct. 9.



UNAUTHORIZED USE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Scott E. Duciaume, 25, of Massena with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 8:25 p.m. Thursday.



DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Linda C. Jackson, 59, of Hogansburg with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for failure to use designated lane following a traffic stop at 3:09 a.m. Friday. Police allege that Jackson’s blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent.



DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged John G. Barto, 38, of Brasher Falls with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for failure to keep right following a traffic stop at 2:56 a.m. Saturday. Police allege Barto’s blood alcohol content was 0.09 percent.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Zoltan G. Timar, 51, of Pointe Claire, Que., with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 3:18 a.m. Sunday. Police said he was observed operating a motor vehicle at 56 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone on state Route 37.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Sunnie R. Francis, 21, of Akwesasne with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for failure to stop at stop sign and operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 11:52 p.m. Sunday.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Yvonne M. Jock, 21, of Hogansburg for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 9:11 a.m. Oct. 7 after she waallegedly s observed operating a vehicle at 63 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone on Cook Road.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Andrea L. Laughing, 36, of Hogansburgfor following too closely at 9:32 a.m. Oct. 7 following a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 95 and Route 37.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Jeffery B. Marshall, 38, of Fort Covingtonfor speed in zone following a traffic stop at 10:10 a.m. Oct. 7 after he was reportedly observed operating a vehicle at 67 M.P.H. in a posted 55 M.P.H. zone on Route 37.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Jaqueline E. Rochon. 44, Morrisburg, Ont., for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 8:19 p.m. Oct. 7 after she was allegedly observed operating a vehicle at 53 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone onRoute 37.



SPEEDING- AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Scott D. Peters, 37, Akwesasne, Que., for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 8:54 a.m. Oct. 8 after he was alegedly observed operating a vehicle at 54 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone on Cook Road.

Police said he was observed operating a vehicle at 51 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone on state Route 37.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed O’donald B. Laffin, 25, of Hogansburgfor operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 11:06 p.m. Thursday.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - ST. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Craig A. Greguire, 54, Dickinson Center, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 2:42 a.m.Friday after he was reportedly observed operating a vehicle at 56 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone on state Route 37.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Cole M. Laflesh, 19, Bombay, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 11:41 a.m. Saturday after he was observed operating a vehicle at 59 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone on Cook Road.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Sarah D. Tarbell, 19, Rooseveltown, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 3:59 p.m. Saturday after she was reportedly observed operating a vehicle at 57 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone on Cook Road.
