Modified the 2013 budget for assigned counsel.

Authorized collection of omitted taxes.

Authorized the chairman to sign an extension of contract for snow and ice control on state highways.

Modified the 2013 Department of Highway budget for fuel and maintenance costs.

Approved standard federal aid highway and Marchiselli aid project agreement for design, construction and construction inspection of Eel Weir Road over the Oswegatchie River.

Modified the 2013 Governmental Services budget for various utility expenses in the Buildings and Grounds budget.

Authorized the chairman to sign a contract with the state Office of Indigent Legal Services for the provision of indigent legal services funds for years 2013 to 2015 and modified the 2013 indigent defense budget.

Modified the 2013 Community Services budget for one-time state aid funding from OASAS for Can-Am Youth Services, doing business as Rose Hill.

Authorized the chairman to sign an amended contract with North Country Freedom Homes and modified the 2013 Community Services budget for one-time state aid funding from OASAS.

Accepted a donation from Clark-Robinson American Legion Post 68, Norwood, for the Youth Conservation Corps and modified the 2013 Youth Bureau budget.

Authorized the chairman to sign the 2013 resource allocation plan.

Authorized the chairman to sign contracts with various organizations for Youth Development Delinquency Prevention program funds.

Authorized the chairman to sign contracts with agencies for Special Delinquency Prevention Program funds.

Authorized filling a social welfare examiner position in the Department of Social Services.

Authorized filling a senior account clerk position in the Department of Social Services.

Authorized filling a support investigator position in the Department of Social Services.

Authorized filling a correctional officer position in the Sheriff’s Office.

Authorized the chairman to sign a contract approving the renewal of the contract for the sale of food products between the state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision and St. Lawrence County/St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office correctional facility.

Modified the 2013 budget of the Sheriff’s Office for various related expenses for the correctional division.

Modified the 2013 budget of the Public Health Department for the rabies control program.

Appointed Lorraine Kourofsky, interim director of Public Health, as the county Early Intervention official.

Authorized the chairman to accept the counsel at first appearance grant for 2013 to 2015 and sign a contract with the state Office of Indigent Legal Services and modified the 2013 indigent defense budget.

Reappointed Christopher R. Rediehs as commissioner of the St. Lawrence County Department of Social Services.

Authorized the chairman to sign a contract with the county Sheriff’s Supervisor Association for 2010-14.

Authorized the chairman to award and sign a contract for consultant services for Eel Weir Road over the Oswegatchie River.

Appointed Jennifer A. Berbrich, Rensselaer Falls, and Dana M. Smith, Waddington, to the Environmental Management Council.

Appointed David Wells, Potsdam, to the Fair Housing Task Force.

Appointed David Bayne, DePeyster, to the Community Services Board/ASA Subcommittee.

Appointed Vicki Perrine, Madrid, and Karen Martin, Heuvelton, to the Community Services Board/Mental Health Subcommittee.
